Our youngest dancers will partake in 4 x 1-hour workshops throughout the day (typically Jazz, Tap, Contemporary & Hip Hop). It is recommended that registrants in the Junior level have at least 1 year of dance instruction. Whether you are new to the convention atmosphere, or a seasoned convention-goer, The Junior level is fun, challenging, and definitely inspiring! Space is limited as we aim to ensure all dancers are comfortable and able to dance FULL OUT!
INTERMEDIATE (Recommended Ages 11 - 13)
Dancers in the Intermediate level will partake in 5 x 75-minute workshops (typically Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Hip Hop & 1 additional genre). It is recommended that registrants in the Intermediate level have at least 3 years of dance instruction in various genres. The Intermediate level will challenge and inspire dancers to reach beyond their potential. Space is limited as we aim to ensure all dancers are comfortable and able to dance FULL OUT!

"I just want to say thank you to Jenn and The Dance Project for organizing great workshops every year. The whole TDP team from their staff, teachers and assistants are all very professional, motivating and energetic. My students and I look forward to the positive and inspiring T-shirts at every workshop that brings all the dancers together as one instead of all different individual studios.”
Kristi Breen, Artistic Director/Co-Owner
“I’ve been attending The Dance Project for a few years now. It is a convention like no other. The atmosphere is full of positive energy and good vibes. The Dance Project is a stress free environment which encourages growth and positive energy between dancers. The faculty and staff are super supportive and are always encouraging and challenging dancers in order to empower growth. I never leave The Dance Project without learning something new and meeting new friends. ”
“From the moment you walk in all the way to when the day is done, you are constantly surrounded by lots of love, positive energy and support from the crew, assistants, faculty members and fellow students and parents. Jennifer creates an experience where you feel absolutely right at home sharing the space with your closest friends and family! The Dance Project holds a special place in my heart and I hope to see you there again soon!”
